ECCSEL ERIC funding will give industry access to ‘new frontier’ facilities

CCUS SET-Plan is monitoring funding opportunities that are aiming at the deployment of CCUS technologies. In this context, the ECCSELERATE project is about to launch in September 2021 two calls offering funding to access ECCSEL ERIC’s world-class CCUS research infrastructure. ECCSEL facilities can be used for research into, for example, CO2 capture membranes, integrated CCUS systems, pressure and injection, CO2 migration, security and troubleshooting, CO2 pipeline transport and shipping, smart integrations with CO2 capture and re-use.
